Installing The Browser Extension

Takes about 30 seconds — here's exactly what to expect.

Add it to your browser

On the store page, click "Add to Chrome" (or "Get" in Edge, "Add to Firefox" in Firefox). Your browser will ask you to confirm — click Add extension in Chrome and Edge, or Add in Firefox. That's the install done.

Pin it to your toolbar

In Chrome and Edge, new extensions start out hidden behind the puzzle-piece iconnext to your address bar. Click the puzzle piece, find DataSentryX, and pin it so it's always one click away:

Firefoxnothing to do — Firefox pins it for you. Just leave "Pin extension to toolbar" ticked on the confirmation and click OK.

Protection runs either way — pinning just keeps the icon visible so you can see it working.

Click the icon anytime

The DataSentryX icon shows what's happening on the page you're viewing. Have a Pro, Family, Business, or Lifetime plan? Click the icon and hit Sign In — a tab opens where you enter your email, and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Go fetch the code from your inbox and come back to that tab; it waits for you. Enter the code and you'll land on your dashboard with your plan active.
